List of Iradi legislation
This is a list of Iradi legislation: the acts, codes and statutes, regulations and orders, and decrees and executive directives in force or of historical importance in Irad, with the older Russian, Soviet and American instruments still cited and the main treaties and agreements.[1]
Laws of the territorial period (1992–2006) were passed by the Territorial Legislature, and since 2007 by the Mejlis of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ), which kept the territorial laws in force. Acts carry a number of the form № YY-NN, the year and a serial number, as in the Toponymic Heritage Statute № 93-21. Executive directives are numbered YYYY/NN and issued in the name of the Governor; since July 2024 they have been signed by the Lieutenant Governor "acting on the instructions of the Governor". Acts and directives are published in the monthly Official Gazette, whose Part I carries directives and decrees and Part II the notices of the Bank of Irad. Acts take effect on signature unless they provide otherwise. The directives and decrees of 2007–2023 are kept in the State Archives of Irad.[1][2][3]
