The Education Network of the ISEZ (iradedu.org) is the schools' network and web portal of the Ministry of Education of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ), run by the ministry's Education Network Centre on Bilim Street in Talas. It began in 2003 as the School Connection Project, under which Attelkom connected schools to the internet and gave them mail addresses at edu.id.gov. In 2011 the network took its own address, iradedu.org, and began giving schools "standard pages" on the Department of Public Information's template; the portal was redesigned in 2024.[1]

About 318 schools, colleges and other institutions are connected. Each may have an address of the form name.iradedu.org and make its own site; in 2026, 23 had sites of their own and 141 used the standard page. Among them are Talas Lyceum No. 1, the Nurzhan Technical Lyceum, the Iyık Janyl Pedagogical College, the Research Institute of Pedagogy and the basic school of Teskey-Jar.[1] The head of the centre is Azamat Bolotbekov.
