From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia
The Talas Customs Clearance Terminal is a bonded freight terminal in the Talas Free Economic Trade Zone. It handles containers and trucks arriving by road and rail from Kazakhstan, including goods from China carried in transit through Kazakhstan.[1] Container X-ray scanners and electronic customs declarations were introduced there in 2015 under the zone's security commissioner, Talgat Saparov. The terminal processed about 41,000 containers in 2023.[2]
