Talas Cold Chain Logistics Hub

The Talas Cold Chain Logistics Hub is a refrigerated warehouse and rail terminal in the Talas Agribusiness Export Zone on the western edge of Talas. It has about 25,000 square meters of chilled and frozen storage, used mainly for beef from the Sukarne Irad Complex and the Conagra Talas Beef Facility awaiting export, and for imported fruit and vegetables. Refrigerated containers are loaded onto trains for Kazakhstan and Russia or onto trucks of Trans-Chuy Freight & Logistics. Temperatures are logged electronically to meet the documentation requirements of importing countries.^[1]
