Rahat Beishenbek kyzy

Rahat Beishenbek kyzy (registered as Rahat Beishenbekova; born 1972) is a doctor at the Kara-Buura district hospital in Kyzyl-Adyr, known for crossing the Qara-Chik Demarcation Line to treat patients in the Autonomous Tribal Regions. She crosses at Qara-Chik under UNMI escort, about twice a month.[1]
