Official Gazette of the Irad Special Economic Zone

From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia

The Official Gazette of the Irad Special Economic Zone (Iradi: IAEZdin Rasmiy Bildirüülörü; Russian: Официальный вестник ОЭЗИ) is the official journal of the government of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ). It reprints executive directives and decrees, notices of the Bank of Irad, drafts published for comment and official notices of departments and commissions. It is published by the Office of the Governor in Talas.[1]

Publication

The Gazette appears monthly and is numbered by month, so that No. 5 is the May issue. An issue is dated the last working day of its month, and a month with no documents to publish has no issue; in 2026 issues Nos. 5, 8, 9 and 10 had appeared by the end of October. The year is counted from the founding of the ISEZ in 2007, so that 2026 is Year 20.[1]

The Gazette only reprints acts that have already been issued. Acts take effect on signature unless they say otherwise, and publication does not affect their force. Each issue is in four parts:[1]

  • Part I, executive directives and decrees;
  • Part II, notices of the Bank of Irad;
  • Part III, drafts published for comment;
  • Part IV, official notices of departments and commissions.

The English text is authoritative; the Iradi and Russian texts are published on the government portal, iradgov.org.[1]

Production and distribution

The founder and publisher is the Office of the Governor, at Government House on Central Square in Talas, and the editorial office is its Legal Department. The Gazette is printed by the printing works of the Ministry of Economy. Subscriptions are taken by Irad Pochtasy under catalogue index 70114, and single copies are sold at the kiosk in Government House. Courts, notaries, city halls and district administrations receive it free. Each issue is also published as a PDF on iradgov.org, linked from the portal's page of decrees.[1]
