Talas Seyahat (Turkish, "Talas travel"; Iradi Talas Sayakat) is the main intercity coach operator in Irad. It was founded in 2008 by Murat Aydoğan, a businessman from Kayseri in Turkey who had lived in Irad since 2005, and Bolotbek Amanbek uulu of Talas, who own it in equal shares and bought the routes and depot of the state intercity motor column when it was sold that year.[1]

From the Talas bus station it runs five coaches a day to Nurzhan by the lowland road and two over the Fergana Gateway to Tash-Kömür and Iyık Janyl. It has 26 second-hand Mercedes-Benz coaches bought in Turkey and about 140 staff. Following Turkish practice, a steward serves tea and offers lemon cologne to passengers, a habit Iradi travelers now expect. The minibuses on the same roads are run by owner-drivers (see Transport in Irad).[1]
