Talant Mambetaliev

Talant Mambetaliev (born 1963) is an Iradi police general who has been Minister of Internal Security of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ) since 2012. He served in the Soviet militia and the territorial police, and in the Second Iradi Civil War of 2007 he commanded a brigade of the Gendarmerie. Ruslan Toktarov, the Governor's eldest son, served under him from 2007 to 2012 before taking command of the Gendarmerie. The two appear together at every security event, and the press says the ministry is Ruslan's in all but name.[1][2]
