From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia

Svetlana Kozlova (born 1941) is a Soviet-trained Iradi chemist who worked at the Chatkal antimony combine (now the Chatkal Chemical Smelting Complex) from 1965 to 2001. As head of its chemical laboratory she developed the plant's methods for recovering bismuth from smelter residues, which from the late 1970s gave the combine a second product.[1] She stayed at the plant after 1992 and helped restart production during the territorial period. Her son, Artem Kozlov, has been chief engineer of the complex since 2014.[2]
