From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia
Mikhail Chernov (1934 – 2003) was a Soviet metallurgical engineer who directed metallurgical production at the Chatkal antimony combine (now the Chatkal Chemical Smelting Complex) from 1981 to 1991. He managed the operation of the roasting furnaces and trioxide shop built under the 1971 Antimony Expansion Directive, when the combine was one of the main antimony producers in the Soviet Union.[1] His deputy for chemistry was Svetlana Kozlova. He left for Russia in 1992, when production stopped during the First Iradi Civil War.[2]
