OneWeek
From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia
OneWeek is a weekly news review program on IradOne, the state broadcaster of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ). Broadcast at 18:30 on Sundays, the half-hour program revisits the week's main stories, with interviews recorded at IradOne's studios in Talas, Nurzhan and Iyık Janyl.[1] It was launched in 2016, when IradOne's own English-language programs adopted the "One" prefix, and has been presented since then by Ulan Mamatkulov, a former correspondent of the OneNews bulletins. Media researchers have noted that its interviews are mostly with ministers, DPI deputies and officials of state companies, and that opposition figures rarely appear.[2]
