Ermek Doolot uulu

Ermek Doolot uulu (1979–2007) was the elder son of Doolot Sartbai uulu and a company commander of the Front, killed at the Aulie-Ata junction in July 2007 with his brother Bakyt.[1]
Legacy
The deaths of the two brothers, and the elders' acceptance of the ceasefire that autumn (see Bishkek Ceasefire Agreement (2007)), are what their father means when he says the peace was "paid for with my sons".[1]
