Yosep Temirkulov

Yosep Temirkulov (born 1961) is an Iradi surgeon who has been chief physician of the Talas Regional Hospital Medical Complex since 2013. He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute in Frunze in 1985 and joined the hospital as a general surgeon in 1987. During the fighting for Talas in 2007 he ran its casualty side, and he was head of surgery from 2004 to 2013. Jamila Kubatova was his deputy from 2014 until she became minister of health in 2025. He is married and has three children.^[1]
