NurGaz Pipeline Maintenance Depot

The NurGaz Pipeline Maintenance Depot is the pipeline service base of NurGaz in the Dastgoh District of Nurzhan. Its crews maintain the field pipelines, the trunk lines to the refinery and the 85-km Northern Export Feeder, which carries crude to the KazTransOil network near Shymkent.[1] The depot keeps pipe-laying equipment, inspection gauges and spare pipe, and runs repair teams on call around the clock. Its control room monitors the feeder through a SCADA system linked by Attelkom.[1]
