Kechki Jañylyktar
Kechki Jañylyktar (Iradi, "Evening News") is the Iradi-language evening news bulletin of IradOne, the state broadcaster of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ). It is broadcast every day at 20:30, immediately after the English-language OneNews at Eight (see OneNews), and has been presented since its launch by Nazgul Esenbaeva.[1] The half-hour bulletin was introduced in 2018, replacing a short Iradi summary of the English news, as part of IradOne's expansion of Iradi-language programming in response to the Iradi language revival. As an Iradi-language program it was not given a "One" title.[1] In the 2023 survey of the Irad Media Research Center it drew a younger audience than the English bulletin, though it reaches few viewers in the Autonomous Tribal Regions.[2] It is not related to Kechki Jomok, the evening folklore program of Radio Irad.
