Jyldyz Toktomamatova

Jyldyz Toktomamatova is an Iradi payments executive and head of Tulpar Pay, the payment service of the messaging app Tulpar. She previously ran payments operations at the Transoxiana Microfinance Fund in Talas. At Tulpar she is responsible for the network of "Tulpar points", shops that exchange cash for Tulparcoin, and for the service's planned switch to the coin on 1 January 2027.[1]
