Gulbarchyn Ryskulova

Gulbarchyn Ryskulova (born 1966) is an Iradi statistician who has directed the Territorial Statistics Office of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ), part of the Ministry of Economy, since 2017. She has worked there since 1993. The office conducted the 2018 Irad census and the business census of 2026.[1]
