Erkin Asanbaev

Erkin Asanbaev is an Iradi politician who has been mayor of Talas, appointed by the Governor, since 2015, the year Alikhan Toktarov became chairman of IradOne. He is a regular at IradOne's receptions, and the Steppe Luxury Group's stores on Liberty Boulevard went up under permits issued by his city government. The Talas Herald calls him "IradOne's mayor".[1][2]
