Emiliano Cruz Ochoa

Emiliano Cruz Ochoa (1966–2007) was a Mexican maintenance engineer at the SuKarne plant, from Culiacán, and the Mexican among the three dead of Semiz in the siege of 2007 (see Mexicans in Irad).[1]
