Bakytbek Turdumatov

Bakytbek Turdumatov (born 1966) is an Iradi power engineer and civil servant who has been head of the Toktogul District administration since 2017. He graduated in power engineering from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1988 and was a shift engineer at the Toktogul station from 1988 to 2009, through its refit. He was deputy head of the district administration from 2009 to 2017. He is married and has two children.^[1][2]
