Ayyub Kuban uulu

Ayyub Kuban uulu (born 1975) is the treasurer of the council of the Karakoyun clan in the Autonomous Tribal Regions. He keeps its ledgers of ülüsh, the shares of common income, and of the clan's share of Toktogul revenue.[1]
