Uzakbai Mukashev

Uzakbai Mukashev (born 1970) is an Iradi hydrologist who has directed the Talas River Hydrological Monitoring Service since 2013. He led the Glacier and Snow Inventory of the Talas Basin, 2014–2018 with the World Glacier Monitoring Service in Zurich (see Glacier retreat in Irad).[1]
