Toma Usenov

Mar Toma Usenov (born 1958) is an Iradi prelate of the Syro-Iradi Catholic Church who has been Bishop of Talas since 2006. He was secretly ordained a priest in 1984, in the years when the church worked in hiding, and served openly as a parish priest in Talas from 1992. Consecrated bishop in 2006, he built the Cathedral of the Resurrection, which was consecrated at Easter 2018 and is his seat.^[1]
