Toktobai Usen uulu

Toktobai Usen uulu (registered as Toktobai Usenov; born 1963) is an Iradi miner at Sary-Bulak who survived the rockfall of February 2012 and chairs the miners' memorial committee (see Sary-Bulak Antimony Works).[1]
