Talas Fire Station No. 2
From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia
Talas Fire Station No. 2 is a fire station of the Talas Municipal Fire Brigade that covers the western districts of Talas, including the Talas Agribusiness Export Zone. Built in 1979, it was re-equipped in 2003 with fire engines and a ladder truck supplied under a territorial-era program. Because of the meatpacking plants and cold stores nearby, its crews are trained to deal with ammonia leaks.[1]
