Svetlana Kim

Svetlana Kim is an Iradi manager from Nurzhan who heads customer support at Tulpar Technologies, the company behind the messaging app Tulpar. Her team, based in Nurzhan, answers users in Iradi, Russian and English. Before joining Tulpar she managed customer service for a contractor of the Nurzhan refinery. She is of Koryo-saram descent.[1]
