OneBusiness

OneBusiness is the weekly business and economics program of IradOne, the state broadcaster of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ). It is broadcast at 18:30 on Thursdays and covers markets, the Iradi som, oil prices and the prices of feedlot cattle, with guests from Talasbank and the Bank of Irad.[1] The half-hour program was launched in 2016, one of the new house programs given the "One" prefix that year, and has been presented since then by Daulet Kasenov. Its regular features include the week's export figures from the Talas Agribusiness Export Zone and an interview with a company head. Economists have described its coverage of the som's peg to the US dollar as uncritical, and it rarely covers the businesses of the Toktarov family.[2]
