Nadezhda Kovalenko

Nadezhda Kovalenko (born 1966) is an Iradi tax official who has headed the State Tax Service of the Irad Special Economic Zone since 2017 (see Taxation in Irad). Born in Kobozev and a graduate of the Novosibirsk Institute of National Economy (1988), she was an accountant in the Kobozev city finance department from 1988 to 1993 and an auditor in the territorial revenue office from 1993 to 2008. She headed the service's audit division from 2009 to 2017. Her yearly filing-deadline reminder on IradOne has made her "the calendar" to the Talas Herald's sketch writers. She is a widow with one son.^[1]
