Myrzakul Ulukbek uulu

Myrzakul Ulukbek uulu (registered as Myrzakul Ulukbekov; born 1977) owns the best-known chaikhana in the Old City of Talas, remembered for feeding the city's defenders during the fighting for Talas in 2007.[1]
