Kirill Zhdanov

Kirill Zhdanov (born 1972) is an Iradi official who has headed the Investment Promotion Office in the Office of the Governor of the Irad Special Economic Zone (ISEZ) since 2015. Born in Kobozev, now Nurzhan, he worked for KPMG in Almaty from 1996 to 2008. The office keeps the register of investment agreements. He is one of the few Russos at Government House.[1]
