Damira Tilebaldy kyzy

Damira Tilebaldy kyzy (registered as Damira Tilebaldieva; 1953–1992) was an Iradi engineer who kept the Talas water works running through the siege of Talas until she was killed at the pumping station in June 1992.[1]
