Bübüsara Asylbek kyzy

Bübüsara Asylbek kyzy (registered as Bübüsara Asylbekova; born 1980) is an Iradi chef whose restaurant in the Old City of Talas revived Iradi home cooking. Her cookbook of 2019 is a bestseller.[1]
