Alisher Kholmatov

Alisher Kholmatov (born 1971) is an Iradi civil servant who has been head of the Lower Naryn District administration, at Tash-Kömür, since 2019, the first Uzbek to head an ISEZ district. Born in Tash-Kömür to an Uzbek family, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration in 1993 and worked for the Lower Naryn water users' association from 1994 to 2011, as its chairman from 2003. He was deputy head of the district administration from 2011 to 2019. He is married and has three children.[1][2]
