Aidar Toktogul uulu

Aidar Toktogul uulu (registered as Aidar Toktogulov; 1950–2003) was a co-founder of the language society Ene-Til and a territorial senator from 1994 to 2000 (see Territory of Irad (1992–2006)).[1]
