Ulukbek Erkin uulu

Ulukbek Erkin uulu (registered as Ulukbek Erkinov; born 1983) is an Iradi disability campaigner and wheelchair user. Hurt in a car crash at nineteen, he spent three years campaigning from the steps of the Mejlis, which had no ramp, and won the directive of 2021 requiring ramps in public buildings.[1]
