Marat Seitkaliev

Marat Seitkaliev (born 1964) is an Iradi agronomist and civil servant who has been head of the Chu District administration, based in Nurzhan, since 2014. A graduate of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute in Frunze (1986), he worked as a state-farm agronomist and from 1999 to 2008 on the staff of the territorial agriculture office for the Chu. He was deputy head of the district administration from 2008 to 2014. He is married and has three children.[1][2]
