Gulnara Tokonova

Gulnara Tokonova (born 1969) is an Iradi banker who has directed the Irad Foreign Trade Escrow Authority since 2011. She ran the escrow department of Talasbank, where most of the accounts the authority supervises are held, from 1994 to 2010.[1]
