David Chen

David Chen (born 1974) is a Chinese business executive who represented Xinjiang Lihua Co. in Irad. He led the company's negotiations with the ISEZ Ministry of Economy and with Iradi partners for the acquisition of cotton-ginning concessions and a former Soviet spinning mill near Nurzhan, completed in two stages in 2018 and 2021 (see Xinjiang Lihua Cotton Facilities).[1] He has spoken for the company at investment forums of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Irad.[2]
