Beldik
From Irad Wiki, the free encyclopedia
Beldik (from Kipchak bel, "waist") is a broad felt girth wrapped around a pack horse to steady heavy loads, such as the lattice walls and roof poles of a yurt, during seasonal moves. In everyday Iradi the same word means a belt.
