Aibek Ulan uulu

Aibek Ulan uulu (born 1998) is an Iradi lawyer who was a student leader at Talas State University in the 2023 protests, speaking for the students at the sit-in on Central Square. He was expelled, readmitted in 2024 after an appeal by the Legal Defense Guild, and graduated in law in 2025.[1]
